Goals for 2012:

1. NEW and updated election/decline forms for 2012

2. Chapters more involved with camping promotions

     Each Chapter VCECP should develop a power point of no less than 5 places to go camping that they will share with each troop in their area this elections season. An attempt will be made to combine all these power points to be used as an online, lodge-wide where to go camping guide.

     We will send a letter to Scoutmasters requesting that they assist us in having a laptop computer available at the unit's election as to show a DVD to the troop.

3. Develop an ELECTIONS MANUAL for 2012

4. Attempt to develop better ONLINE RESOURCES

     Websites that help chapter elections teams

     Emails of Important people for Q and A (Levi, Zack, Travis, Chris and Keith, phone number to camp with specifics of who to talk to about OA)

     Links to Forms that stays updated

5. To develop better chapter VCECP's as to have no at camp unit elections after Spring Fellowship.
